How wePaid works

Simple rules for fees, qualification, and rewards.

01

Claimed fee cycles

Claimed creator fees are tracked for each coin. At the end of its reward cycle, qualified Fomo authors get a fresh position check and the claimed WETH is allocated automatically.

Runs continuouslyCompleted reward cycles and their allocations appear automatically.
Shows the full allocationClaimed WETH, the 80/20 split, pool shares, recipients, and individual amounts appear on Payments.

Each fee receipt stays tied to the coin that earned it. Rewards use the WETH actually claimed for that coin, not projected trading volume.

02

Where the fee goes

The 2.5% creator fee is paid in WETH on Solana. Once claimed, 80% goes directly to qualified Fomo users and 20% goes to the treasury.

The split applies to verified, claimed creator fees. Author rewards are distributed in WETH on Solana.

03

Launch through wePaid

Create a Pump.fun token with its name, ticker, image, and description. Social links and an initial buy are optional. Creator fees follow the same fixed 80/20 split for every launch. The launcher cannot change the fee recipient.

After launch is confirmed, your token gets its own wePaid page for Fomo theses and author rewards.

80% of claimed creator fees funds qualified authors, and 20% goes to the treasury. Launches and automatic payments open after setup.

04

Who qualifies

Post the required number of theses about a tracked token during its active reward cycle. That puts you in that cycle’s reward group. Check the token’s ledger for its current settings.

1
Post on Fomo

Share a thesis before the cycle closes.

2
Hold the token

Your Solana balance is checked after the cutoff.

3
Share the rewards

Only qualified authors split the pool.

Posting more can help the community, but it does not give you a larger cut in the same cycle.

05

How rewards are shared

Your share is based on your token holdings at the end of the reward cycle compared with the other qualified authors’ holdings.

If you own half of all the tokens held by the qualified group for that cycle, you receive about half of its author rewards. The Rewards tab shows each person’s pool share before anything is marked paid.

06

When rewards are paid

AllocatedThe reward is calculated and waiting to be sent.
ConfirmingThe batch was sent and is waiting for on-chain confirmation.
PaidThe WETH transfer is finalized on Solana.

A calculated payment must meet the configured minimum to be sent. Smaller shares are skipped, and the author pool is shared among the qualified recipients above the minimum.

Allocated rewards remain separate from completed distributions. Payments are called paid only after the Solana transaction reaches finality.

07

When a payout waits

If we cannot confirm someone’s Solana wallet, closing token balance, or WETH fee receipt, the payout waits until the missing information is verified.
